MessageHi Gerald,
I also am experiencing this problem. The documentation for version 9.0
addressed this issue. I have spoken to FS techs about this , but was told that
tech support cannot fix it until the cause can be properly identified. Even
though there sometimes is no announcement, the function has taken place. If
you unload jaws and hot-key it back it again will voice the action. As you
probably found out, once it fails it remains broken until jaws is reloaded.
Let's hope that FS will find the bug soon.
Roger

I'm running JAWS 8, and I also experience the same problem with the Copy and
Cut commands: JAWS sometimes doesn't speak when I press Control + C or Control
+ X. I don't think there is any fix for this annoying problem, other than
shutting down and restarting, which seems to restore the Copy and Cut commands
to normal echo. Unfortunately, there is no command that lets you verify the
contents of the clipboard, so you just have to assume that the Copy or Cut
command has been executed successfully.

Heya folks, Jaws 8 and 9 after an hour or so stops speaking when I do a
control c for copying items, control paste is still spoken though. Does anyone
know why this happens? cheers Jim
