clickable and live hotmail

Heya folks,
Ive noticed lately when Im reading emails with Jaws 8 in my windows live
hotmail this annoying "clickable" is mentioned everytime I read a line of my
messages, does anyone know what this is and how to turn it off? or disable
it just on that website?
