Oops, you need to do this: 1. Open AVG as usual. Set your JAWS to read all text on the screen when you click on the control center. This is found in the "program menu. 2. Now, You'll see tabs. The tab most to the left is the Resident shield. This should be on by default. The tab next to it is the e-mail scanning tab. This will be on by default also. The next tab over to the right will be the virus definitions tab. This is where your problem is. You need to arrow to it and just tab over once. now, you'll see a button called "update". 3. Now, you just press space bar on this button. You need to repress the "okay" button when prompted. You may receive an additional prompt to choose your update. There'll only be one. Press "update" on this choice. The rest should take care of itself.
