Or go into the body of your email and do alt plus i which will bring up the 
insert menu. Then arrow down until you hear the word "file" and hit enter and 
you'll be ina dialogue box where you can select whatever file you want.

I'd like to attach something from one of my documents in a folder on desktop
to an email.  I wonder where to find the commands to make this happen.
