to export from outlook express
open outlook express
press alt f
down arrow to export sub menu
enter on address book
down arrow so
Text File (Comma Separated Values)
is highlighted
tab to export button
give it a name
when you give it a name put a colon in front of it
tab to next button
then tab to finish button
then it will save it on your floppy

Try going into your email program and exporting your address book onto a CD.
You can then take that CD and import the address book into the same email
client on the new machine.
