I remember it being only moderately accessible, however, it fouled up my comcast cable net connection to the point where I was locked out. Advised by comcast support to remove zone alarm, I did, and I was ok. Perhaps there was a zone alarm fix (some setting change or something like that) that would have also fixed it, but I never tried to explore the issues any further because as I say, it wasn't all that accessible.
