I received my XPSP3 update this evening and when I installed it, there was no speech from Jaws during the entire process. I was lucky to have someone who could tell me what was going on or I'd never have known. I, too, am using Jaws 6.20 and not having any trouble so far. Katherine ----- Original Message ----- From: MR. I also suggest to analyze whether you need to defrag your computer or not. It's because this Pack 3 is a file of 316 MB about.
