Yes, I am sure that it was xpsp2, which has produced this "Information Bar",
whenever a so-called "pop up" has come up. These were not advertising
popups, by the way; rather a "download warning", similar to the type that we
all get, when regularly downloading a program, if you know what I mean.
Now, I will admit that I am a novice, don't know too much about downloading
software, etc., but that is what happened, when I attempted to monitor the
on-line,"real-time" program, from www.talkingcommunities.com , this
morning(The World Symposium). There were instructions for downloading
software, but, every time I tried, this Information Bar thing would come on
and prevent me from getting there. It might be something to do with
cookies, but I don't think so. I agree with Johnny Appleseed, when he says
that waiting until November would be a good thing, when it comes to loading
xpsp2, but my computer trainer/tech support sighted person recommended that
I install it anyway, a couple of weeks ago. So, there you have it! I do
need some more instruction, but I don't want to get off topic, for this
list!
