I'm glad someone brought this thread up. I have two issues with Excel. First off, the combo boxes don't work like they should in jaws 10. For whatever reason, if I'm trying to change the font, I don't hear the options, unless, I arrow down, and hit insert tab to hear what option I'm on. Secondly, I've noticed that the insert options button does not appear on the screen if I insert a row into a worksheet. I'm working on my excel certification, and the lesson says the insert options button appears when a row is inserted to allow you to change the format of that particular row, if the row above it has special formatting. Does not happen on my machine. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks very much!

Hello Claudia. The first thing I would do is let Jaws know where the headers are you mayhave a header column and a header row or both once you get these marked youcan then start moving around much easier. Then I will just remind you a drop down menu works like a combo box where you open the combo box with"alternate + down arrow" then use your up and down arrow keys and make yourselection then you should close the combo box with "alternate + up arrow". I Hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Claudia Sent: Tuesday, December 09, 2008 11:29 PM To: Claudia Cc: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Working with Excel Documents? I have no ideas how to navigate through a documentlike this! I'm using JFW 9 and Windows XP!
