I guess I didn't explain very well. Those left, right and double click tabs
don't work. When I try to enter on them, the system tray closes, and I can't
get into the download icon.

Okay, Vicki, why don't you try this: go into your system tray, arrow down to
where the downloading entry is. Now, you have three choices, each of which
you can get to by using your tab key. The first tab should say "right single
click". The second tab should say "left single click". The third tab should
say "left double click". Hit enter on each of these choices and see if you
have any better luck.
