Agreed! I have been through 8 Versions of JAWS and would pay twice the price anytime for how much better it makes my life. Freedom Scientific has always been immediately responsive & helpful when I have had problems. Sure, everything doesn't work right all the time. No complex software ever functions perfectly. It is a constant exercise to stay ahead of technology changes.
