Help! Installed version 10 from the CD. All seem to go well. When I try to start it from the desk top or start menu or Run dialogue I get the message that the shortcut has been removed and am asked if I want to delete it. Obviously I did something wrong during the install but I don't know what, I uninstalled Ver. 10. Tom
