Greetings list,
hi,

I'm using Windows 2000 and am trying to use the sound recorder.
ok not the best choice to start out with. goldwave will give you better
results.

I'm having troubles not having the microphone to not pick up the jaws
sounds telling me
what I'm doing.
ok easy fix get another sound card.
put it in your computer.
install the drivers for it.

connect some head phones to it.
direct jaws to the card with the head phones.
use the other card for recording
now record your file.
jaws will not be picked up by the other card anymore.
if you do not want to get another sound card then use a set of head
phones with a mike on it and jaws will not be picked up in this way
ither.
with these steps there is no need to turn off jaws.
hth
