You don't have to uninstall JFW. Just put your key disk in and run the Jaws
hjauth.exe manager. Type your key disk location, which would be a: and tell
it you want to move a key from C to A.

After that, Jaws will run in demo mode. If they do re-format the hard-drive,
you will have to re-install JFW. If they don't, then all you need do is
disable your anti-virus program, run HJAuth.exe again and put the key back on
the hard drive.

Subject: Uninstalling authorization

Hi all,
I want to uninstall a key from a lap top that has to go in for repairs. Do I
uninstall Jaws first and then the key or the other way around? The reason I
am doing this is because they might have to reformat the disk. Even if they
don't it will be easy enough to reinstall Jaws and not have to worry about
losing the key.
