I have already unchecked the run Jaws first box and what you say makes good
sense.  That is just what I'll do.  Take care.

Uninstall the key first. Leave JAWS on the system, though. That way if
they don't need to reformat, you won't have to set things up again. If I
were you, I'd uninstall the key, uncheck the "run JAWS automatically box
if it's checked, and send it in that way.
