Trying to get my DecExpress to work with JAWS

When I got my new computer I was told that because of the lack of a serial port
on the tower I would need a PCI card in order to run JAWS through my
DecExpress, however despite getting the PCI card I'm still unable to make JAWS
9 work. FS tells me that the brand of PC card shouldn't matter and they don't
know what's up, so I wonder if anyone on this list might have any clue as to
what I might be doing wrong or how I could get the DecExpress to work. I'm
using JAWS 9 with P Pro. Thanks in advance for any help any of you could
provide.
