Hey Jed, here you go.
), go to taskbar and start menu settings.

In the task bar tab, lock the task bar should be checked.

Do not check auto-hide the task bar.

Check keep the task bar on top of other windows.

Do not check group similar task bar buttons. This is one I had checked, so I

unchecked it.

Uncheck show quick launch.

Check show the clock.

Uncheck hide inactive icons.

Click okay (enter on okay.)
