Hello Peter,

I think I contributed only a post or two to this interminable thread (not 
seriously put out about that, myself, no worries) and I think I explained 
exactly about the setup and identified the side that might or might not 
require a fee as the "controller's" side of the operation. And I said that 
casual use would be free for the controller, although there'd be the fee 
structure for regular users. And I provided the dollar amounts for  that 
case. But I don't think I, or anyone else trying to respond to your 
inquiries before you eventually listened to the podcast failed to say that 
for the other person, whether it's your friend you're helping or you making 
an FS tech support call, it's always free. Hope that's really clear now?

Oh cool. Didn't hear that bit at all. Just heard about the subscription and
that the person who's PC you were accessing wouldn't have to pay anything.
Will have a listen back to it again.
