It is my understanding that to do what you want to do if it was doable JFW
would have to be installed on the client's machine sense all you would be
seeing is a graphic and nothing more.

Hello:

I'd like to see JAWS support Remote Assistance so a user could have
Remote Assistance invitations sent to them and accept them.  Working at
a help desk, I often wish I could have a caller send me a remote
assistance invitation that I can accept and work with his or her
computer directly.  Unfortunately, this does not work.  Are there any
plans to offer support for Remote Assistance?  If not, why not?
