You can get remote assistance from msn messenger, go to actions then to request remote assistance.

I have tried doing Remote Assistance using JAWS and it doesn't work
because JAWS isn't able to find the window on my screen showing the
remote user's computer.  So, I know it doesn't work and no calls to
support will resolve that.
