Setting Windows Media Player Equalizer?

I know there?s been a lot of chatter from time to time about Windows Media 
Player being accessible?or not, as the case may be. 

 

I?ve noticed that WinMP has a built-in equalizer, that one can use to alter the 
quality of pitch of a stream?s sound.  Is this anything we unsighted people can 
alter using numeric values with a screen reader?  Or is everything graphical?
