OK there is a CD of software but usually the tech who would come out and
install the cable modem would handle the setup. It's not software you use
like for example AOL or EarthLink. It's basically certain configurations
that are made on your system. The only thing that is not accessible is the
Roadrunner website because it is comprised highly of flash and Jaws and
Flash don't get along very well. Feel free to email me with any more
