You'll need to find a Word book and read up on the tracked changes
feature; it's a little too complex to go into here. There are several
good free online Word tutorials if you just google to find them.

What you're seeing is the changes that she made to your document (not
anything that she wants you to do to it), you don't have to do anything,
other than tell Word that you "accept" those changes (one at a time or
all at once), or that you "reject" them.

You can choose from various ways of viewing the document that are
specific to the use of the tracked changes feature. One shows you the
document as it is after all the changes (that's probably not what you're
using at the moment); another shows the document as it was, but then
indicates the changes the person wanted to make by showing the deletions
with strike through, and the insertions as redlined (I think).
