Subject: Remote Client

All the remote stuff relates to the ability of JAWS to connect to a remote server, permitting you, from home, to operate (virtually) your office desktop.
If this is an option you want to explore, visit with your office IS staff.
Otherwise, it has no impact for you.
If your office does not offer remote access to others, this will not offer youanything.
If it does, then a server portion of JAWS has to be loaded by your office IS department (and it is not a simple job).
With that, you should be able to connect remotely to your desktop at work. The computer that is off-site is the "client."
Hope this helps.
