Reading large tables

I seem to be missing something, probably something obvious in JFW.

I need to read a large table of commuter train arrival and departure times, it has 20 stops and a dozen different runs, so there are a bunch of times listed. Jaws turns this into a top down text like document, usually a nice thing, but in this case, I lose count if I need to count 20 down arrow presses several times to find the one piece of info I need. I'm sure there is a better way to navigate this table, but don't know exactly how. Help would be welcome.
