And here's another quirk in Outlook:
I often, when reading a message or writing one get single letters inserted
amidst the text. I go back to read it line by line and realize that these
letters are just a figment of jaws' imagination. Does anyone else ever get
this? What do I do about it? Judith

Subject: Reading it all with CAPS, ALLCAPS, And Factory Default New Location
in Jaws6

> Hi all,
> Someone running XP home with Jaws 6 asked me the two following questions
regarding Outlook Express messages:
> Q1 When reading a string such as This IS a Test for JAWS, Jaws reads it in
all cursor modes as follows: CAPS T this ALLCAPS IS a CAPS Ttest for ALLCAPS
JAWS.
> Q2 What happened to the Factory Defaults location? In previous versions,
we used to reset to Factory Defaults in the Config Manager.
> The user doesn't remember the changes made in the Config Manager. We've
already talked about repairing Jaws as the best option, but it will be good
to find out why this is happening. Any help for either question will be much
appreciated.
