Reading highlighted text sentence by sentence using the jaws cursor

Hi all,
I am training Dragon Naturally speaking version 8 sp1. The text to be
read is colored black on white. As you read the text and it is
recognized, its color changes to blue on gray or something like that.
I want to read only black on white text sentence by sentence using
the jaws cursor. Is this possible to do?
I am using JFW v6.
