Reading Menus

I know a lot of people have been having problems with the way JFW 5 reads
menus. Unfortunately, I've been pretty much ignoring the thread. I'm in a
situation where JFW ill often start reading menus, then when I down arrow,
instead of going down to the next menu choice, JFW will open the current
submenu and get me stuck in it. The only thing for me to do seems to be to
unload and reload JAWS. Is what I'm experiencing similar to what anyone
else is experiencing?
