I've experienced blank spots in menus as far back has 4.5.
Loading and unloading seems to clear it up briefly.

Subject: Reading Menus

I know a lot of people have been having problems with the way JFW 5 =
reads=20
menus. Unfortunately, I've been pretty much ignoring the thread. I'm in =
a=20
situation where JFW ill often start reading menus, then when I down =
arrow,=20
instead of going down to the next menu choice, JFW will open the current =

submenu and get me stuck in it. The only thing for me to do seems to be =
to=20
unload and reload JAWS. Is what I'm experiencing similar to what anyone=20
else is experiencing?

Bruce
