Hello Stan,
I've had the same problem. I reported it to Freedom Scientific   and had 
several suggestions from a technical person with no success. She said she 
would report it to  the technical staff. I have heard nothing since. I 
suggest that all who are having this problem report it to FS. If enough 
people  report it we may get some action.
