Hello Lora: Before I continue, I performed the following steps using JAWS 7.10, The last build release of JAWS 8 and the latest build of JAWS 9. I do not have an account with Capital One. I visited the site to see if I could replicate your problem. When the Capital One Home Page finished loaded, I pressed the letter F to see if there were any form fields on the page. All the versions of JAWS announced all of the form fields that are on the home page, including: Update Zip Code UserName Password Continue etc. Admittedly, there were a few buttons that no version of JAWS I tried announced. So, It would be interesting to discover why you cannot read the form fields as I did.
