Problems navigating using Outlook 2003 with jaws 10.0

just to follow up on my previous posting is that when turned off Word as the
e-mail editor in Outlook 2003 things work just fine with jaws 10.0 as far as
navigating Wright and left in an e-mail using the arrow keys both reading
and writing an e-mail.
So just wanted to pass that long in case might help out someone in helping
me solve the problem and or issue when using Word as the e-mail editor.
