If you have Windows Search installed on XP, or if you're using Vista, you
can use Windows Search to look for outlook messages by subject or by
contents. This might save you from having to inspect large lists of items,
looking for specific ones.

Hi,
I was in my (massive) deleted items folder, searching for a message I'd
deleted... When, after sorting the messages by "from" to more easily
facilitate my search, Outlook "hiccupped", crashed and I had to close.
On opening Outlook, I can't do the little insert-right-arrow thing to get
the number of messages in each folder.
Where would you look to fix that?
