Problem sending e-mail from outbox folder

Hello Anybody,
I'm having problem here ,I have 3 e-mail in my outbox folder and try to get it 
to send and I went to the tool menu and went to send and receive menu then 
click on all send and receive . The e-mail is still in the outbox folder for 
over 2 hours. Does anybody have any suggestion for me? I would appreciate any 
answer from anyone of you.
