Hi.

I'm familiar with saving the attachments, but she wants to open not save
them. As I have said, pressing enter on the attachment doesn't give her
anythjing, not even the confirmation dialog about opening or saving
attachments.

Thanks,

Hi,

There are two ways:
1. She can use the arrow key and once she starts hearing the attacment
title, she can click enter and it should open the attachment.
2. go In the attachment window, go to the file menu (alt + f) and select
'save attachments as' then click enter. A save as window pops up. She
can go ahead and select the file name etc. and then close the email and
access the file from the location she save it in.

Hope this helps.
