If you have not solved this yet --
My Dell Support monitor detected and had me download and install an update to
MS-Office 2003 related to attachments being blocked erroneously. I just
installed this update yesterday...
You should be able to go to the help menu in Outlook and run check for updates
to see if this might apply.

Hi listers,
What can be done about Outlook blocking attachmens? I received an email this
morning with some inportant attachments but I can't get to them. I am getting a
message that outlook blocked these attachments for cecurity reasons.
Will some one please tell me how to stop this! It's also stopping me from
pressing enter on a link.
I really need the help and I appreciate it.
