Subject: Outlook, How to get old contact address out of memory

Hi,
I'm having trouble with Outlook when someone's address changes and I =3D
update
it in my contact list. It's as if Outlook keeps the old address in =3D
memory,
and if I don't remember and check, when I type the person's name in the =
=3D
"to"
or "cc" field, it will use the old address, not the newly updated one in =
=3D
my
contacts list. I know I can get around this by always choosing it =3D
directly
from the contacts, but I usually just type the name in and forget to =3D
look.

My husband says there is a drop-down box that appears when there is more
than one choice for a recipient. He can see and is able to delete the
unwanted one. I've been able to get to the drop-down box a couple of =
=3D
times
with the JAWS cursor, (but can't even do that reliably,) but can't seem =
=3D
to
delete or remove the old address I don't want any more.

Does anyone know how to "dump" these old addresses from memory or to =3D
access
the "choice" box?

Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for any help.

Cindy
