Lenny,
1. Hit Control + N for new Message.
2. On the To line right by the word To there is a picture of an address book
click on it.
3.Tab Foward and you will find a list of people in your address book.
4. Select the person who you want to sent the message to and then tab foward
three more times until you arrive at the To Field and hit enter on the To
Icon and tab foward once and you will see the name of the person in what
used to be an empty field.
53 Tab forward until you can click on the ok button then click on it.
