Outlook Express

Heya list,
Is there a command in Outlook Express I can easily find out how many kb's an
email is?
Also in this beta version of 7.1 of Jaws have they been able to let us know
whether we've replied to an email or not in OE? as it lets us know in Microsoft
Outlook.
I've tried moving to Microsoft Outlook as my main client but don't like the
fact that one can't automatically add people we reply too on the address book,
it has to be done manually. Is there anyone that has ways around this?
