One thing you can do is switch to the active appointments view in Outlook.
This will show you all of your upcoming appointments in a list view. You can
then easily navigate this list using Jaws to see all of your upcoming
appointments.

To switch to the active appointments view, go to the view menu, select the
current view option and then select the active appointments view.

I also use the day/week/month view to check for appointments. You can use
the arrow keys to move from day to day very easily.

I hope this helps,

Ryan

Subject: Outlook Calendar Questions?

Hello,

How do you keep tabs of appointments you've scheduled, in your Outlook
calendar? For example, I have lots of appointments both this week and next,
but when I open Outlook, I can only hear JFW speak this week's appointments,
so I had no idea that I had so many things scheduled for next week!
I even double booked one person, so I have to go back and change one of
those people, to a different time.
I know you can do a print preview, but it doesn't really read the
appointments well.
Any ideas?

Claudia
