Now, I seem to remember, but unfortunately lost this great function which I
could swear I'd saved from a lister, that you can make it so all current
appointments show up one atop another. its a particular function combination
of key strokes. I actually would like to be reminded of it myself. I did it
after someone posted this, and my outloo calendar is like this now. I just
can't remember how I got it this way. any help?

Subject: Outlook Calendar Questions?
Hello,
How do you keep tabs of appointments you've scheduled, in your Outlook
calendar? For example, I have lots of appointments both this week and
next,
but when I open Outlook, I can only hear JFW speak this week's
appointments,
so I had no idea that I had so many things scheduled for next week!
I even double booked one person, so I have to go back and change one of
those people, to a different time.
I know you can do a print preview, but it doesn't really read the
appointments well.
Any ideas?
Claudia
