I've been following this thread wiht some interest as I too have mine turned off. It drove me insane, all that chatter, chatter, chatter. If it is turned on, how do you then activate a link that says mouseover? Do you use the left mouse button? And if so, is that when it gives you the number to jump to? Yu said it brings up a menu. Is it the same sort as a drop down menu? I have just hit enter on a mouse over link when I had the attributes turned on and I dont' recall having any problems at that time. But I also know I have not had any links that did not work, so far, with the elements turned off. I hate to miss out on something that I could have access to if it's available.
