Your Welcome. Another way to make sure you are gettining all of your Norton
updates is to run Live Update manuallly. This will get more updates than the
Automatic Live Update will download and innstall. I don't know why this is, but
it is always a good idea to check for updates manually to make sure everything
is being updated.

Hi Judith,
The way to make sure Norton is automatically updating is to open the
application and go down until you hear "Automatic Live Update" and if you go
below that it will tell you whether it is turned off or on. Another way that
you can tell is after JFW says that you have left the table with the main
options on it (it is near the bottom of the page), it will tell you that live
update is turned off and give you a button to turn it on again. If it is on,
this text and the button will not be there.
