I can tell you from experience that sometimes FS gets back to you in a
timely manner and sometimes they don't. I have sought their support at
infrequent times and this is the experience I've had. The phone support
seems to be better but there are some things it's easier to explain in
email, where one can gather their thoughts and explain the situation better
than you can when you're talking to someone on the phone. I would suggest
repeated emails each day or a phone call to get their attention. I dislike
having to send an email every day but unfortunately it's the squeaky wheel
that gets greased first.
