Niro

Want to use niro to copy data cds.
I want to put several folders on the cd.
Seems cumbersome with jaws.
Anyone got some tips.
For instance, is it better to create a list of potential folders and then fill
them up or do one at a time. Is there some way of copying a folder to the
compilation rather than adding files?
