News jaws update complaint.

Hi folks. I've heard complaints about the new jaws update. I too had problems
installing it, first off. Secondly, now that I have it up and running, I have
trouble, switching windows. I use MS Word and MS Excel and have to move back
and forth. When I do, jaws pauses for about ten seconds everytime. Can't use
my pc cursor or anything like that. It works after that, but it's annoying to
have to sit and wait. Any suggestions?
