MessageFrancis, It is already set to 100 percent. I did as you advised and
unchecked the box that read "75 percent". The document is still not showing
fully on the screen. I have a lot of blank space on the right and then a part
of the document.

Press Alt V, Z to open the Zoom dialog box.
Press tab to get to the Percent combo box.
Type the value you want, such as 100.
Press enter to set the new value.
By the way, there are some pre-sets, such as 75 percent, 100 percent and so
on. To set to 100 percent, press the number 1 and then press enter to set the
value.
Explore the dialog box to see what options you have.
