though this only leans on script writing. I would be glad if someone would step
forward with speech software that would work the moment the computer is turned
on. This way blind tecchies like myself can have access to system settings and
other settings that may need to be access before windows starts, rather than
have to track someone down to read the screen.

Can't think of the program names right now but there are no jaws scripts for
patch editing programs that i'm aware of. If there happen to be some, please
