if you get jfw help, there is something rong with the script setup.
If the scripts are properly installed and you have the right version of ad
aware, the message resulting from pressing ins+h should be:
Press Control S for the scan now button.
Press Control N for the next button.
When Scan is finished press control M to mark all spyware found.
Press escape to leave this dialog.

To answer some of you questions.
First, to I think your name is Anne, yes, I pressed insert h and I get jfw
help.
Second, I don't remember your name, but I do have jfw open and that's it.
In fact I'm at the desktop when I do an addaware scan.
