More about my problem installing jaws.

Hi folks.  Some of you may recall my message yesterday about me having trouble 
installing jaws.  Here's the message I am getting.

Error, an internal error was encountered while modifying the video chain.  
(DBERR_IED_not found.)

Not sure what is causing this.  Any ideas!
